Alright Ladies and Gentlemen,

Here's the deal, people will judge you based on the way you look. Call it shallow, call it judge-mental but it's the truth, people get preconceived notions based on how you look.  Don't worry though you can control this, if you want people to think you're badass, then you dress badass. Let's start at the very beginning!

Did you finally build up enough confidence to ask that special someone out on a date? Well, now that you have a date, you need to get prepared for it. Even if you have known this person a long time, first dates can still be awkward so here are some helpful tips to get you started on your date and impress that special guy or gal.

First off, please just be you. The reason that person is going out with you in the first place is because they like you for you. Don’t try to be fake and someone you’re not. Also don’t give too much information. Your date doesn’t want to hear about your exes or your deep dark secrets quite yet. Just start off with basic information, like what you put on your Facebook profile.

Second, don’t go on and on about yourself. Be a good listener and keep the conversation flowing without either of you taking over the whole thing. You want to be able to find out enough about the other person to see if you find common ground and you also want to give your date some information on you to see how well you click. Without common interests and ideas, you will most likely see your relationship go nowhere. Why would you want to waste your time on someone you have no future with when you could be finding a real relationship?

Lastly, try to have fun on the date. Yes, you may be a little nervous at first, but overcome it and make the best of it. Don’t take life too seriously and meet someone new. You may be hesitant at first, but just think this first date may develop into a special relationship.

Why do all the Motocross Racers have smokin' hot girlfriends? [Case Study]

While I was watching the X Games last year I noticed something interesting.  It seemed like almost all of the motocross guys had hot girlfriends.  Most MX riders don’t make a ton of money so they are not gold diggers.  The reason these guys all have hot girlfriends is because they have a ton of confidence.  Think about how confident you have to be to do what they do.  If they screw up they might die.  If you look at the pictures below you might recognize the first two, but I really doubt anyone knows who the third guy is because he’s never been in the X Games.  You can tell all these guys are confident just by the way they stand.  So, if you want a hot girlfriend get some confidence, or learn how to fake it.
